My CONTENT, PROMOTIONAL, and EDITORIAL writing covers many popular categories, with heavier focus on visual art, music, cannabis, and psychology.
I began research in 2003 and wrote extensively about complex business relationships between MAINSTREAM NEWS MEDIA and the Olympics. In 2007, Jay Rosen, journalism prof at NYU created a social media experiment, co-sponsored by WIRED, to study CROWDSOURCING NEWS. I was awarded two assignments for the project.
My, Assignment ZERO, was to interview mainstream and alt news publishers.
The OPEN-SOURCE JOURNALISM PROJECT was comprised of eighty writers, many PRO JOURNALISTS, who were partnered with BLOGGERS to report on the complexity of re-imagining the news process.
The PROs were resistant, and thought that “amateur news sleuths” would fall flat. We killed it though, and ramped up a social media phenomenon that has substantially changed how news is reported.
Assignment ZERO was a seminal news media project.
In an even earlier career, I co-executive-produced and wrote scripts for music videos and television. In 1995, I launched a boutique media communications agency, and wrote business-marketing and promotional copy for technology, manufacturing, architecture, engineering, distribution, entertainment, sports, public relations (crisis media), pharma, food, hospitality, banking, investment. I managed campaigns with BELL, IBM, FORD, RBC, the GOV, and countless SMEs. I also wrote business newsletters read by thousands of executives, politicians, and MBA students at Harvard Law School.
I also shot Grammy Award winning artists–on film.
Today, I shoot DIGITAL : Street, Editorial & Fine Art. I’m also a video-journalist.

NEWSLETTERS
I’ve GHOST-written newsletters for over two decades for busy company owners and CEOs. Many leave it to my discretion to choose the subject matter. I also often EDUCATE my clients respective of the material, plus, some I TRAIN so they can respond directly.
I research and interview my clients extensively to understand their point of reference and philosophy. Most trust me to post and respond on social media in their name.
It’s incredibly demanding to replicate the personality and feel of others, but with the correct data and years of experience, my documents perfectly represent in tone and material the essence of the spokesperson, whether CEO, politician, or company BRAND.
My PHOTOGRAPHY:
My first film camera as a kid was made of tin and had a plastic lens. I hacked it with a paperclip to do double-exposures. It was pretty heady stuff for an eight year old shooter.
Today, my unique style captures digital “images between images“.
My vision traps and holds motion in increments–stretching time. I stumbled upon the concept while lucid dreaming, and experimented with it for years to perfect the technique.
This historic image of the 356 PORSCHE ROADSTER, is NOT Photoshopped except for minor adjustments to contrast, brightness, and focus. It is also NOT Ai from an APP. Special effects for this image are created IN-CAMERA in real time as the V-DUB drove by … agape.
Half of photography, is being in the right place at the right time. The other half is luck.
